Policies
- Package prices are based on events between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:45pm. Events requiring set-up earlier than 7:00 am or pick-ups at 5:00 pm or later will incur an additional labor charge of $50.
- All orders must be placed in Catertrax by 2:00 pm one day before your event. Orders not received by 2:00 pm the day prior may result in their being modified based on availability of product.
- Orders placed after 11am for the next day or same-day will incur a $25 late fee.
- Pick-ups will be done at the requested time. Any leftover products that are picked up at this requested time cannot be returned later.
- Prices do not include New York Sales Tax (8.875%).
- Upgrades to china, glassware or linen require rented equipment at additional fees.
- Prices do not include staffing and rental costs for special events.
- Meetings over 50 people may incur an additional staffing charge.
- Special Dietary and Kosher Meals are available upon request. Please notify us at least 1 business day prior to your event.
- All orders for linen must be placed by 10am Friday the week before the event. Linen orders placed after this time will incur a $75 fee. Linen orders placed for the next business day will incur a $150 fee (with the exception of 10am Friday for Monday).
- Cancellation of an event less than 24 hours in advance of the event date will incur a charge equal to the amount of any non-recoverable food, beverage, staff and equipment expenses incurred for the event.
- Cancellations for Monday events must be placed on Fridays by 12pm.
